UNSPENT covers only the Arbitrum canonical Outbox route and makes no chain-wide coverage claim.

Deposits are outside v1

Expired retryable ETH is refunded to callValueRefundAddress on L2, and a ticket can be extended. ERC-20 escrow needs a separate inference method; this interface draws no conclusion about deposits.

A record is not a person

One address can represent multiple people; one person can use multiple addresses. The ledger shows records and stops there.

The chain carries protocol risk

Not even Stage 0; no upgrade delay or exit window; a centralized sequencer; fraud proofs are not permissionless, with two whitelisted challengers.

Data is only as live as its source
